This program is built on the belief that conquering obstacles requires not only guidance but also a safe and supportive environment. Through a combination of coaching, breathwork techniques, and group collaboration, you will develop the skills and insights necessary to release your inner obstacles and forge your own path forward.

Program Details

Experience a supportive and immersive 3-month program that includes:

  • Four (4) 60-minute group coaching sessions per month via Zoom

  • Four (4) 60-minute breathwork and meditation sessions per month via Zoom

  • Online 4-Module self-paced curriculum

  • Monday - Friday access to your coach via the MemberUp community platform

  • 24/7 access to the online community platform


The program is structured around 4 core pillars:

Visioning | Through the introduction of meditation, we will create a space for your body and mind to settle, slow down, and rest. You will step into a space of ease. This open space will then allow you to understand what you are feeling and see what you are wanting:your vision, your transformation.


Becoming a Conscious Creator | In this module, we will guide you in creating a clear and actionable path towards your vision by focusing on four key elements:

  1. Identifying Core Values: Discover the fundamental beliefs and principles that resonate with your vision and form the foundation for intentional living.

  2. Setting Intentions: Establish daily intentions based on your core values, providing guidance and inspiration for your actions and decisions.

  3. Establishing Goals: Develop S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals that align with your core values and provide a clear direction for personal growth.

  4. Creating Actionable Habits: Integrate small, sustainable habits into your daily life that support your goals and foster lasting change.


Cultivating Resilience | As you work towards your goals, obstacles and challenges are bound to arise. To navigate these stressors effectively, we will guide you in applying mindfulness and self-regulation techniques that promote nervous system balance. By developing these skills, you can not only achieve a balanced state but also maintain it beyond the duration of the program.

Throughout this process, we provide a supportive environment that includes resources, tools, and a nurturing community to rely on. By fostering a strong foundation for stress management and resilience, you can build lasting habits and practices that empower you to overcome obstacles and return to a state of equilibrium, no matter what challenges you may face.


Somatic Release | As you cultivate mind-body awareness and establish habits to overcome stress, you may still encounter subconscious blocks that trigger anxiety and fear. To address these barriers, we incorporate somatic release exercises into the program. These practices help reset your nervous system, promoting relaxation and calmness while enabling you to move past hurdles and continue on your path to success. By integrating these techniques, you can develop a comprehensive approach to overcoming stress and remaining on an authentic path to achieving your goals.
